RESEARCH AND DESIGN
In the design process, Ac Rolcar starts with a careful analysis of the original window lifters. This is followed by rigorous performance tests simulated directly in the door, and laboratory tests for the sub-components, all to ensure the quality of the materials used. This approach allows us to develop parts characterized by unquestionable standards of excellence, and a perfect synergy with the performance and quality of the OEMs.
PRODUCTION
From the origin of the raw material to the finished product, the production process encompasses several phases: from design and prototyping, through testing, to the start of production and final quality control. Thanks to constant market surveillance, the company is committed to producing window lifters for both the most common vehicles and the most exclusive ones.
