GENERAL TERMS OF SALE<\/h1><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

1. Application
<\/strong>These general terms of sale are applicable to all sales by Ac Rolcar S.r.l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Orders<\/strong>
Orders will only be accepted by Ac Rolcar S.r.l. if the customer has agreed to these general terms of sale in their entirety. The sales contract is subject to these general terms of sale, which form an integral and substantial part of the sales contract, even where not expressly referred to in the order confirmation. Back orders are always maintained, unless other provisions are agreed. Back orders will be forwarded as soon as they are available at the same price and delivery conditions as in the original order, unless other arrangements are agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prices
<\/strong>The prices are those shown in Ac Rolcar S.r.l.\u2019s official price lists applicable at the time the order is accepted, including any discounts in place or agreed for the specific order or, in any case, the prices usually applied by Ac Rolcar S.r.l. to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Delivery
<\/strong>The goods travel at the customer\u2019s risk, even when sold free to destination. Ac Rolcar S.r.l.\u2019s responsibility ceases when the goods leave its warehouse. On receipt of the goods, the customer shall check that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The number of packages matches that stated on the shipping document or palmtop;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The packaging is intact, and is not damaged, damp, or in any way altered or tampered with, including the seals (packaging tape, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The courier making the delivery shall be immediately informed of any damage or missing packages, adding the wording \u201ccollection under reservation for [no\u00b0.] missing and\/or damaged packages\u201d to the shipping document or palmtop, and the customer shall inform Ac Rolcar S.r.l. in writing within eight calendar days of delivery. We recommend always putting the Reservation, for protection.
    The customer\u2019s signing of the shipping document implies the full acceptance of the goods. If the packaging is intact, any claims of defects and apparent non-compliance shall be notified to Ac Rolcar S.r.l. within eight calendar days of delivery. Shipping costs on the site may be subject to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Payments
    <\/strong>The goods remain the property of Ac Rolcar S.r.l. until such time as they have been fully paid for by the Purchaser (right of title retention) pursuant to article 1523 of the Italian Civil Code. In the event of late payment, Ac Rolcar S.r.l. will apply default interest at the current bank rate pursuant to articles 1282 and 1284.3 of the Italian Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Warranty<\/strong>
    Claims shall not be accepted more than eight days after delivery, except for defective or non-com- pliant material, in which case return transport will be at Ac Rolcar S.r.l.\u2019s cost. For returns due to \u201cincorrect order\u201d, transport costs shall be borne by the customer. Returns of goods must be authorised by Ac Rolcar S.r.l., completing the returns form available on the website www.acrolcar.it. Ac Rolcar S.r.l. products are guaranteed in line with the general warranty con- ditions set out in the Italian Civil Code. We hereby state that the warranty only covers products bearing the Ac Rolcar identification label, that are intact and not tampered with or improperly installed. Labour costs for assembly and dismantling, damage to the vehicles or other costs will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Catalogue<\/strong>
    The trademarks and other distinctive marks reproduced on the catalogue are the property of the owners or Ac Rolcar S.r.l., which prohibits the reproduction, including partial, thereof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Applicable law<\/strong>
    These general terms of sale are governed by Italian law. In the event of any difference and\/or conflict between the Italian and the English version of this document, the Italian version shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Jurisdiction<\/strong>
    The sale of Ac Rolcar S.r.l. products is governed by Italian law. The Court of Turin is the competent court for any dispute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
