Great performance of the Ongetta Rivacold Racing team that, in the Grand Prix of Czech Republic, got points with both riders, in a day which was unpredictable for the rain and the difficult track conditions. Niccolò Antonelli, still recovering from the injury, got the fifth position on the track where, last year, he got his first victory in the World Championship. His teammate, Jules Danilo, succeeded in crossing the finishing line eleventh after having started from the twenty-fourth position on the grid.

Niccolò Antonelli: “I am very happy as I didn’t think to stay in the first fifth positions. I didn’t risk a lot, in extremely difficult track conditions. I saw the podium very close but for me it wasn’t worth compromising the next races. I thank my team as they gave me a very competitive bike”.

Jules Danilo: “Today I got the maximum possible result after one of the most difficult weekend in my career. During first sessions I crashed every time I tried to push and this made me feel upset., mainly because it never happened to me. I am happy to get points here as it was unexpected”.
